Nanshan Bamboo Sea is worth visiting. We came at 8-ish with still few people and brief queues and left at 2-ish in the afternoon. I didn't enjoy the train ride through the bamboo forest, it was just ordinary but we wisely took all the rides (except for the return train ride) to save our energy for the climb at Wuyuedi Peak. I didn't like much the artificial decorations of plants at Jiming Village and on the bamboo rafts at Jinchu Lake. In my opinion, it took away the charm of an ancient village. The panda house was not as exciting as I expected as well as the other exhibitions. But the views at the peak and having lunch there with sumptuous teriyaki chicken was remarkable. The view at Jinchu Lake was also spectacular. And the 2.5 km trek downhill was a therapeautic. Come at cooler seasons, probably late spring. I came at the end of June and my shirt was soaking wet all day.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Beautiful and Refreshing Experience! We had an amazing time visiting Nanshan Bamboo Sea! The ticketing process was smooth, and everything worked perfectly with just a quick ID check and QR code scan at the entrance. The bamboo forest was absolutely stunning — peaceful, green, and refreshing. We enjoyed walking through the trails, taking in the fresh air, and exploring the scenic spots. It’s a perfect place to escape the city, relax in nature, and take beautiful photos.Highly recommend this experience for couples, families, or friends looking for a quiet and beautiful getaway. We are very satisfied and would love to visit again!

I beleive this place is a little overrated. By the entrance ticket, you almost get nothing except the scenery. Places of interest are not so interesting, funnily enough.
