I spent an extra 120 yuan on taxis to and from an incorrect port - there are TWO Donggang Piers and I was taken to the wrong one, 39km from the hotel. and i spent another 100 yuan on a ticket for a boat service from THAT Donggang Pier to Bingling Si. Total 220 yuan lost. This is the second disastrous excursion booked with **.com (last year à similar experience in Urumqi) and I will be reluctant to book any more. You need to include clear instructions in mandarin as well as English so that taxi drivers know where they need to go (you include hotel adressses in mandarin so you should do it for excursions also). I would appreciate compensation to cover my additional costs; this does not take into account the stress and frustration I have had to endure today. I am extremely angry.
