I feel like this place is underrated. We arrived at opening time, 7:30am, brought our tickets and waited for a car to come take us to the park. We were the only ones there, so we had the car to ourselves. It takes about 10-15 minutes drive from the ticket office to the park, on the way we spotted what I think were bharal. Once inside the park the rock formations are really unique, we spotted more bharal and also some hares. A lot less walking than I expected which is great if you have sore feet from other site seeing spots. Got through the park pretty quickly, about 2 hours so if it isn’t the middle of summer you could pair this with a ** to Danxia as it’s close by. But for us it was too hot by 11am to stay out in the sun.
