The booking experience was swift. The night before, the agent contacted me via WeChat to provide me with the pick up details and connected me with the driver via WeChat as I do not have local number. I prefer the xianggong mountain over the Ruyi Peak and it is more natural. While I don’t see the sun rises due to the weather, it is still a nice place to checkout. Do take note that there are quite a fair bit of steps to be taken! I walked up all the way to the highest deck as it was pitch dark and only to realise that there are a few deck to view. Do check out with the guide :) Driver was driving quite fast when we were heading up. If you are thinking of you should didi up or get the agent to arrange the the pick up? Get the agent to arrange as it dark and it’s a winding road! The package is worth it!

The views are incredible! There was two elements; first was the actual mountain itself. They pick everyone up in a shuttle either at your hotel or in a nearby location and we arrived at the mountain for an around 5pm and had to meet the mini bus back at 6:30. The hike isn’t too bad definitely bring some water and a fan but I did more walking for the Ruyi peak cableway. After we remet the mini bus we drove 10-20 minutes away to another viewing point to see the sunset which is gorgeous! And then you get dropped back although I just got out at west street (the town) to get something to eat. I think it was great value for money and I had good customer service before the experience.

Even though we booked last minute they got back to us very quickly. The van picked us up from the hotel and drop us back off there. They didn't have the tickets before, but the driver got them almost immediately after it opened for sunrise even though it was extremely crowded. Booming with them was very worthwhile.

I took the shuttle bus and mountain ticket option. The service is good, and everything went well even though I don't speak Chinese. The driver was very professional. Just a little advice, if you go for the sunrise, be quick when you climb up to the terraces so you will get to be in the first line, otherwise is way to crowded to fully enjoy.
