衞生很差 前台小哥給我一間房 一進去 衞生都沒有做，馬桶都沒有沖，真的把我噁心到了。 一晚上睡覺衣服都不敢脱、枕頭和洗浴毛巾上面都有頭髮。 我都沒有洗澡。條件也很差 安全感也不好 ，哦 早飯也很差 環境也很差

Everything for this night was good love the front desk people all the time very nice love the amenities too one problem only is their system it’s too slow and sometimes it takes way too long I’d love to just get there check in ASAP and get to my room to rest and relax instead I have to wait and stay standing and I get tired of calling customer service waiting for there response etc. But hopefully they upgrade soon

Front desk as usual very kind n patient also very helpful with reservation issues and amenities. I am a bit disappointed for this 永安 because tha room was not cleaned well! There was a green sponge n a white mr clean sponge on top of tha bthrm sink. Also toilet was dirty room kinda smelled n there were other little problems as well.
