We have a bad experience in this hotel. We arrived late in the evening coming from Ilocos. I thought we can have a good rest after a tiring day however the owner said we book a standard room And not a family room so she insisted that we pay for additional since they gave us a family room. But i booked for a family room and my booking was confirmed by the 永安 but the owner insisted otherwise. And said that Reddoors (since their hotel is registered ) have told them that I paid for a standard room. This is the worst ever experience in my entire. I never ever thought there will be like this. The owner wanted that i really pay an extra inspite of the written confirmation from 永安, she still insisting that I paid less. She only stops when a relative of hers handling the booking talk with her over the phone and says she wont be paying an additional Fee since she booked for a family room. Sigh! Heres another, the toilet dont have water so you need to flush the CR when you do your thing! “Tabo system, ba “ (Tagalog) or in English You use dipper yo get water and flush the toilet! We have a bad night but we didnt dwell on it we slept and early in the morning we left the place .

Very accomodating staff, very clean room. Highly recommended for family gatherings or solo backpackers.

It's my 4th day here. Still enjoying my stay. Highly recommended resort

Service is really good. Location is a bit far from the center town but just a one ride in tricycle. Amenities are very good. Food and beverages is also available near in the main lobby. Highly recommended for family outing.
