Poor services. Hot water is not available for 24 hrs. It doesn't have a dining place in the hotel. Even reception services are very poor and irresponsible. Other staff are good

Had a humming noise in my room throughout the night. Service staff could not identify nor they made efforts to call electrician. Room service guys enter the room without knocking the door. Room stinks. The management should shut this hotel down or sell it to more efficient entity.

No hot water was provided after checking in, no phone call for confirmation of stay, no dustbin was provided, intercom was not working, no tablets like pain'keeler was provided, room boy explained how he couldn't go out side to bring some stuff due to scarcity of manpower, within d half time of his explanation he might brought d required stuff
