I am stay this room ac are not working properly and i told them many times. They told me if problem are some they shift me another room but it’s couldn’t happen.

Bathroom door does not close. Shower not working. Bed linen old and had tears. Shoe rack old and on the point of breaking. Not the best of hotel stays. Disappointed

Terrible. All rooms are under suite category. I had booked a suite, they gave me executive room, there were no lights for 10-15 mins. Very rude staff. Made me pay half the rent for room cancellation just 30 mins post check in time.

Downgraded my booking to a small room because i asked for checkin 2 hours before. Not welcoming staff. Asked for extra money.

Room was very small clumpsy ac was horrible, it was loud but not cooling roomwashroom was the worstflush not working no geyser workingnot toiletries available, dustbin- no proper maintenance. No thats all
