Property was clean and well maintained. But rooms are very small and there is no dining area, while the hotel has a kitchen.

This is my third time in this property. I like about the location and cleanliness of this hotel. Service is average when i reached the hotel the staff outside the hotel ask me to park my car outside the hotel on the road side whereas i can see abundant parking space inside the parking lot just obstructed by one or two vehicles. And during the check out time also to move the car which is obstructing my car, the staff took time to move car around 20-30 minutes.

It was good overall. Room was tidy, but the bed sheet was not changed from previous guests. Washroom was not properly cleaned. Service was good though.

Room service terrible, small room size for 2200 a night room. I stayed for two days, on 2nd i left the key for cleaning the room, but it was not cleaned.

Small room no matter if you booked deluxe room they will provide a room as they want and as breakfast is free they will not serve any breakfast i stayed till 9am don't know when what is breakfast means for them I think it was about lunch 🤣

It was good. Room was bit small, but okay for single person. The positive side of this hotel is that it is situated near the road panjabari. Shankardev kalakhetra is near, and one bipanan khetra is there in the front of this hotel, where you can have tea and snacks. This was my second time stay at this hotel, all the staffs of this hotel are very nice, friendly and helpful, breakfast options are limited but tasty and what i like the most is their milk tea and coffee.
