I dont know about others room but our room is horrible. It was dusty no clean bedcover no toiletry as per building. We check midnight the reception was rude, was not interest to reception us as we are disturbing his sleep. Please take care before you decide to stay.

Very bad, house keeping was very bad they listens one thing and does other, and mainly i booked this hotel for the swimming pool but after checking in to the hotel they told that swimming pool cannot be used for make my 永安 booking.

Yeah, that was a good journey and the booking was also smooth. No issue have happened. The hotel's behavior toward us was also pleasant which made me feel good. Thanks to makemy永安 for making my journey special and hassle free.

Room was so congested. 3 occupancy room not available. Room service was very bad. Breakfast verry bad and costly.

Had a good stay in hotel sunshine. We stayed for 3 nights with family. Staffs are attentive & cooperative. Cleanliness is satisfactory. Good restaurant with tasty food. However, i will not recommend the option of "booking of rooms including breakfast", better to keep separate.

Daily complementary water, hand-washing shop, not given, blanket cover not given after multiple follow-ups, hotel stuff was ready with there own excuses, food quality was not good, i was paid the room rent with complementary breakfast but breakfast was only 3 slice bread, one banana & one boiled egg. My overall experience was very bad.

Worthless service. Called at 8. 30am to reception 10 times nobody responded. Ordered tea nobody served. Receptionist behaviour was bad.
