The accommodation was good, only thing missing was they could have a small kitchen thing with cutlery stuff. Also there were some water issues, rest the property was really good.

Identifying location is difficult, the number mentioned in makemy永安 is not a valid one. The rooms cleanliness is not up to the mark. Wi-fi is good here. They doesn’t have cafeteria or restaurant. An old house with basic renovation.

Good stay, hygiene is maintained, you get to meet amazing people with stories. Vibe is good overall.

The stay was good. The place was very aesthetic and beautiful. The staff were very polite. The only problem i faced was that there was some problems like my room keys were not available and had to adjust due to that then in between the heater was not working

We were shown the property is fully booked and were made to pay 2x-3x the original price. After talking to other travellers staying here we found out every dorm is at least half empty. One 6 bed dorm had only 1 occupant. This was outright wrong practice and overcharging. The bonfire starts at 8 and ends at 9. It should have been a little later for everyone to be back from their daily exploration. They give a fixed number of wood and were too adamant on not giving any more even after everyone came and sat around. It's too cold in ooty at the time, bonfire should have been done properly. The location and the property itself are beautiful. Rooms, washrooms and common areas are clean and well maintained. It would have been worth the original price but at the over marked price, it's not recommendable.

They should provide food or some heating service atleast. Heater is also required bcz it's soo cold. Maybe even some activities for guests. Otherwise decent
