Basically. All 永安s are okay. Some suggestions are given to upgrade services. Some “scary women hairs” are found on the floor. Means the room is not well vacuumed before passed to guest. Dusts also lovely lies at tv consoles and other room’s edges. The saddest thing; toilet bowl is mouldy. Means room is not well organised and serviced.

I am returning guest, prefer this hotel for overnight stay due to its location in Tengkera - near to Jonker Walk, Klebang and en route to Pantai Puteri. Plus point, king bedroom is spacious, tv, fridge, wardrobe and even complete amenities are provided. Ample parking at the hotel. However, I personally feel that Hotel can improve the room cleanliness because I always find dusts on bedsheet and in the toilet found strands of hair and wall dust too. I had raised this issue to the receptionist but seems recurring and even when I checked in different room. Which we need to clean up the dusts before sleep.

Check in for one night with big family. 2 queen beds and spacious room. Toilet also big. Parking easy to find. In front of hotel got foodcourt. 10 mins to Pantai Klebang.

kali ke 2 tempah hotel ni, lokasi baik, pagi ada kedai sarapan dekat seberang jalan, mlm pn dekat kedai makan, dekat dengan pantai klebang. cuma kali kurang selesa sebab orng bilik sebelah buat bising, nyanyi main gitar kuat smpi dengar dlm bilik.. apa pn ok la hotel ni

Pros : A lot of parking spaces & free Super wide room 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Got iron and iron board (at the corridor) Quick check out process Got swimming pool (but need to walk 2mins from hotel) Reasonable prices (paid RM160+/night inc breakfast) Breakfast was okay (curry is the best) Cons : TV got no signal the whole time we stayed there The bath towel provided smelled bad (bau hapak) - not properly cleaned The kettle in the room cannot be used (I already put water inside to heat it) - but got coway at the corridor The aircond already old and not cool after we adjust the temperature (room 725) The aircond will function normally when we first enter the room, so dont dare to adjust the temperature Others : Deposit is RM50 and need to pay heritage fee RM2
