朗誠旅館 (Ramchang Guesthouse)

Restaurant and pool were closed :( due to a group booking. The place is good, friendly staff, good Location , spacious room.

It was really shame we haven’t been informed that they closed the restaurant and privatize the pool before we check in. So we’re not able to use it. Otherwise the guest house is really nice, the staff is friendly , the rooms are big and the location is great , we could also use a kettle to make our coffee in a morning and they offered us delicious mangoes.

Great place for Battabang’s standards We did all the tourists attractions in two days and had time to chill by the pool

The Ramchang Guest House... is a bit of a way outside the "city." Battambang feels like a large, overgrown village. The hotel itself reminded me of country guest houses in Mexico. The hotel is in the midst of rice-paddies. Easy to get to the town by TukTuk. The room was not large, but was comfortable. AC worked well. Comfortable beds, with good linens. The dining room serves delicious and affordable meals. They have a good laundry service. The sweet lady even ironed my clothes. (I haven't had an ironed shirt in over 20 years!) There is a swimming pool in the lush, tropical garden. Frangipani flowers under foot scented our meanders through the garden. Over-all a great place. Note: Very little English spoken.
