Bed was comfortable, bathroom was perfectly cleaned. But few cockroaches were seen rest everything was fine. I would suggest a bit more professionalism from their side, regardless of the city they should be a little less judging when it comes to solo female travellers.

I'm sorry to say about my experience at hotel surya rewa. Room 104 and 110 were disappointing; the bathroom was unclean, with exposed ac wiring posing a safety hazard. The bathroom window curtains were dirty, the room balcony hadn't been cleaned, and the bed linens were visibly soiled. Additionally, despite the package including breakfast, the hotel limited the options to ordering only poha and chai. Overall, a subpar and unsatisfactory stay.

Its amazing, the interiors and the exteriors are done very well. The place is so pleasant and the food here is great. Good ambiece, staff here are so co-operative. Located in the heart of the city and market is in walking distance

Hamne 9 baje ch-akin kaya to 500 rs extra charge kiya hame rat ko 8 baje chakout karna hai. Night bhi nahi rukna hai. Only 12 hours k liye, only day k 500 rs charges kiya. Not good very good. Discount kaha milega. Abhi jo 500 extra charges kaur rah e hai usually kya. Mujhe abhi 500 ka discount chahiye. Hotel vale bole k aapno book kaya hai to before ch-akin ka charge lagega aapne yaha se book kaya hot a to 500 ka charge nahi lagata mene book karke gal-ti kaur di sfayad

Pathetic experience. First time i have seen the check-in time after 2 pm and bcoz of that i have to pay an extra amount to get in. Also, every hotel served the water starting as complementary but i have to pay for it as well.
