Hotel was ok service was bit slow all staffs very slow restaurant delay in order of tea and all foods and reception was ok location is nice but it’s a average hotel just needed to fasten their service

Please don’t have such hotels in your list as it’s completely different from what’s advertised. The rooms were unclean. Breakfast included but you cannot have it as the crew is unavailable and come at their own time. No lift or dysfunctional and to top it all no glasses no cleanliness and no customer service. Also rooms cannot contact reception as they don’t have an intercom in rooms. Disgraceful

The sheets of the bed were not clean & not properly changed. Some of the towels were dirty as well. Overall not very well maintained place but still liveable.

Mapusa market is easily accessible from the hotel. Kevin from the front desk was extremely helpful. Cleanliness of the hotel is average. Food from the restaurant is just ok. If you book your breakfast with the booking, you will need to arrange the breakfast time with the restaurant in advance. Else it only opens at 11am in the morning.
