I want to share honest feedback about makemy永安 & mp residence. Both are jointly cheating the customer, i have made my booking with advance payment whereas property owner insisted me to make separate payment towards gst and second my booking made 2 rooms but they have provided the single family room to accommodate people of 5. Room & rest room are not clean, it seems to be staff staying area its totally waste of money. Escalated the same to customer care executive while facing the check in process they have not taken any corrective action. Handle is missing in the rest room and door not able close totally its very worst experience and i'm decided to proceed legally towards my recent stay @ mp residency.

I ***** with my family stayed at the property, everything was fine. The room was clean and well maintained, location and food was also fine.

All ways worsted, room waste, reception all ways worst. Over scene.

It was a bad experience, room was not ready. Inspite of checking in after 19 hrs. They had no idea about the guest check in details, made us wait and cleaned the room in 5 mts, washroom where hygiene plans a major role was worst. Rating is 1. Didn't take pics, as i didn't want to spend that xtra time in an unhygienic surrounding

Location, parking, staff were good. But room, washroom were not that clean and was stenchy. A very average stay for the money paid.

The size of room was like train berth for 2 people and lot of mosquitoes no restaurant

I went with family 4 members. Everything is okay. They need to engage with customers more. They need to talk and prepare accordingly with customers.

Location is good, good reception but rooms very small in size, unable to move inside the rooms

Dirty and like hell. Very very worst toilet without mirror to shave. Unclean and understaff. Watse of money. Day room boy won't take your luggage.

Room was neat and clean. But essentials not provided.
