No worth at all

Hotel staff was great. Room was clean, but a little run down. Excellent secured access parking.

太陳舊，需要很費勁才能把門撞開，淋浴花灑還是是壞的。大晚上投宿，體驗太差了，沒沖涼就匆匆睡了，整個房間臟兮兮的。

The cleaning people are loud and do not knock upon coming in the door. All u hear is the loud mouthed front desk people talking down to them in Spanish

I would not recommend this hotel, if you don't buy directly from them they put you in rooms next to the doors that people go in and out of all night.

The front desk girls have no customer service skills at all. They are rude because if you go thru a third party to purchase room they are easily confused.

The power went out for 5 hours, asked hotel what they could do as missed work because no power to shower or leave room.

Quet until 2am when people next to is were being do lous we called hotel security who came to help.

The interior space of the rooms is in need of updating. Poor and shotty workmanship is very evident in what is there now. The fitness room is accessed by an outside door next to the lobby and when I attempted to open it two homeless men staggered out. There were marks on the floor from spilt soda hopefully. It did not smell like urine but it was creepy. The have cameras in the unit but they either don't work or no one is monitoring the room. I recommened they do a couple physical sweeps every evening since it was mentioned this is not the first time they have had this problem. There is a container for dissenfectant wipes but it was empty. The fan in the fitness room does not work. The clock on the wall is not working. This is all in the fitness room. The parking situation needs to be addressed. One exit is closed so you have to go against the directional traffic arrows to get out of the property. We found the bed comfortable and the complimentary breakfast in the morning acceptable.
