The service was terrible. I did not get an ocean view room, they put us in a pet room that smelled like dog ****,the pool jucuzxi and sauna were broken. The whole building was under construction. Men staring and whistling at my daughters , dirty men with hammers and saws. The lady’s at the desk would not give eye contact and when they did they rolled their eyes. They said” it’s too bad that you have that room that’s because you used 永安” “ you get what you get”. I have never stayed in such a place where the staff felt like they can abuse the costumers. I would like my money refunded or a voucher to stay somewhere else or I will never use this again . We also called the costumer service we booked from in line and they said “ sorry we cannot help you”
