I had a wonderful 3 nights stay at gokulam park hotel, from 27th to 30th april 2024. The check in was very fast and efficient and the helpful girl at the reception gave me a room as per my liking. The location of the hotel is convenient because the ernakulam railway station is a few minutes away only. The kaloor metro station is adjacent to the hotel. The food in the restaurant is very nice and it included typical kerala and other indian dishes. The house keeping and room services are excellent. I must conclude that the hotel is real value for money.

Im having a mixed review. I was there for 2 days and the first day went well. The service was pretty good. The rooms were clean and neat. They are located in the city itself so easy access to any place. But when they are having any functions or marriages, they are gonna give value for the other individual customers. You wont even have access to elevator or any kind of services. I was given a room in the 6 th floor. And when i had to step out for my personal needs, i had to wait for 20 mins for the elevator. Then i informed the reception abt this and they were like we dont have anything to do. The staff boy is denying access to other individuals in the name of marriage functions. If they only need big function customers, they dont give confirmation to individuals or they should mention this before booking. Rest everything was clean. Rooms, security, washroom and all were perfect with 3star std. But im completely disappointed with the service and the attitude of the staffs.

No visitors allowed after 9 pm. Rooms are small and felt like a hostel. During booking it shows the photo and after booking they will take you to the backside of that hotel.

The buffet was terrible. 2 beef dishes among-st the options but veg has only two gravies & bad parotta to go with it.

Good stay & ambience, i booked the room 20 days ago and choose the king size bed. But in the check in time front office staff says there is no king size bed available only twin bed is available. Front office staff called me to confirm the check-in time. They didn't tell before check-in. Otherwise the stay is exllent and late check out provide. Thank you !
