I love how big the family room was. The airconditioning is really cool and there’s even a bath tub! Plus it is walking distance from Araneta Coliseum. It was a nice stay with my family. The breakfast is also good. Looking forward ro the next concert so I can book here again

The hotel is not very accommodating to requests. I called them regarding my mistake in booking because i mistakenly chose the wrong date. I asked them if it's possible to not even cancel but just rebook on a separate date, and they said it's not possible since i booked through a third party.. 永安 cx did their job in negotiating, but the hotel won't allow the cancellation. This is not my first time booking in this hotel - but i just reviewed now because of their lack of consideration. Amenities is not even great since ths aircons are old and takes about an hour to cool the room.

직원들은 개친절한데 일단 방음은 전혀안됨.. 잠을 아예 한숨도 못잠.. 냉장고도 없고 물도 개비쌈.. 깔끔하긴한데 티비 나오느것도 없고.. 샤워실에 칫솔,치약,비누만 있음.. 잠을 못자서 조식 이런거 생각도 못함.. 직원은 개친절함..
