Below average. As the room had infestation of cockroaches. Up-ma ordered by me for breakfast was very bad, lumpy, no salt, no taste. Disgusting

Stay was good property, staff was supportive, fare little hight as per, room was good spacious as per the tariff, but 1 thing which major hotels do is they doesn't change bathroom mats and so with hotel cool palace also. Bathroom mat must be clean

The hotel is decent enough. Rooms are ok. The bathrooms are not that clean and the water for the bath is never hot, it's just at normal temperature.

Clean hotel with spacious rooms and well-mannered staff. But no hot water from tap for bathing due to solar geyser. Their restaurant is very poor in the availability of dishes.
