I booked for lake side cottage. Only after reaching there i realised bathroom was open roof type and i informed we are not comfortable with open roof toilet. Immediately they allotted another suite room. I'm happy with that fast response and service

We had a very hard time getting a room even though our reservation was confirmed. Although check in was stated for 2 p. M, it took them over two hours to get us a room - we got one well after 4 p. M! what makes the experience worse was that we were twice allocated a room which was already allocated to other people. It was a very odd experience going to the room and finding people already in there

The cotege is. Not at all senior citizen friendly, and the open toilet cant accept to all, due to surroundings was big trees, and afride to remove cloths, bed room is one floor up, the roofing tiles most of them are damaged and if rain water will come to ge room, and have to shifted

Horrible experience, very unclean, non of the staff even the manager don’t respond for any needs. Hence no service at all. Exhorbitant charges & very bad food. Vegetarians can be in shock as only beef is available there. No hot water for bathing. Any number you dial, it gets connected to only reception, they can speak only malayalam.

Food was very good, and rooms were ok though we did have some issues with the ac. When pointed out, this was addressed and another room allocated. Breakfast had limited options with no live counters. Hence, food was a bit cold. Very helpful staff.

Windsor castle in kottayam provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The level of service, ambiance, food, and staff attentiveness towards their clients was exceptional. Our overall experience with them was truly remarkable, and their service exceeded our expectations. The inviting ambiance made us feel a renewed sense of love and appreciation. We extend our gratitude to windsor castle for such a wonderful experience.

The location was good. Breakfast it is the same menu on all the days. As a lot of parties are being hosted there is a lot of loud music which is a disturbance for those staying here as the music continue till late night
