Location-wise, it is ideally placed as it is in the less congested area of Santiago City. But I might skip it next time due to the following reasons; 1. The bed seems to have bed bugs. We itched during our one-night stay. 2. The foot towel provided looks like it's been used and/or not replaced after the last occupant (see photo). 3. The housekeeping crews are a bit noisy while cleaning the next rooms and hallways in the morning. Not ideal when you didn't get a good sleep because you were scratching the whole night. 4. They unoccupied rooms are left open for some reason. However, considering its price point, it's not that bad.

Center of town. Good hotel, amenities wise just average. Resto has good food at reasonable price. The only thing is that the toilet so small and bidet dripping. Seems the bedding aren't changed tho. For the same price if i book hotel Direct vis 永安 almost the same but 永安 doesn't cover free bfast. Sucks
