Worst hotel ever, swimming pool is big scam, they did not even provide plates, the behaviour of the receptionist was worst, he was literally so rude and abusive. The whole experience was the worst of all. I will not recommend this to anyone.

Disaster stay like lab-our accomodation, not clean, old building, washroom is pathetic, not safe at all, it's not suitable for families at all, not worthy at all, it was a nightmare, swimming pool s a private pool not belongs to hotel 200 ruppe per person per hour anybody can enter,

Kudos! to the management for retaining the 80s vibe and the retro look. I was served very well by the very polite and well-mannered staff, especially roshan, satheesh, and arun. The hotel room was clean and was extremely spacious. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in chanma and look forward to returning soon.

The name itself is international but facilities are bad😔. The check-in time was 12 PM and I requested for early check-in but they say there are no rooms available, so they charged an extra 300 rs for giving me the room for 2 hrs before But when I see all the rooms are empty and there is no proper maintenance.

Hotel is very old building, rooms are not like shown while booking. Rooms are very bad not so clean. Bathroom commode is very old and shaking while we sit on that. No shops or hotels nearby. Only purchase we need to buy food. Not worth for money paid. Very disappointed.
