It was a very comfortable stay. The staff were helpful. Service was a little late but the food was good. The hotel was a little far from town. They arranged a vehicle for us to drop at railway station. Overall we enjoyed our stay ☺️

Starting from the lady tara mani at the reception everything about this hotel was an excellent experience. Clean room, fresh linen. But special mention for cook, hemraj. The food is next level. The saying of kissing hands of the chef is meant for such cooks. Overall very refreshing experience. Thanks karawan and make my 永安

I have some trouble at time of check out. Cleaning staff and management should have a record of all item which is provided by hotal at time of check in and check out.

The prices of the rooms are significantly high compared to the facilities available. The rooms are decent in size, but the bathroom and wash basin are small. Food was below average, mostly salted food.

Hotel was nice. Actually i have booked 3 rooms. Out of which 2 rooms are very good. But unfortunately one room has some problem as ac and geyser not working but they have provided water heater instead of geyser and spent night without ac. Food quality particularly veg of restaurant is not upto desired mark.
