Check in provides in different type of room than booked. Ac not working. Fan makes sounds. Open wiring in room. Road construction is running outside so needs too much walking. Rooms also not in good condition.

The message i received is wrong it was written in the message that room is 303 from tum- ciarss, actually they gave us room no 208

A bad smell of smoking was coming when opened the door of the room. We found a cigrete in the room not cleaned properly. Gijar was not working. Shower not working. Door was not locking. Towels were uncleaned. King room was conjusted room. In the 4 bedroom the tap was broken. Water was not coming properly. One board switch was not working. Not good for the old aged people because of the staircase which were two large for even any person. Tv were just the showpiece. Ac remote was not working and in another room ac was even not working. Carrying the luggage to upper floor was very much difficult and there were no helping hands from the hotel staffs.
