A/C wasn’t cooling at all. Room was totally not worth the price. Looked like a cheap OYO room. Very few amenities provided.

Hotels are expected to have their own cabs or at-least local cab numbers for airport transfers. Here hotel didn’t have any. Although food was good, but rooms are ordinary, broken ac switches etc, non-locking doors etc. Definitely not the services for the price, it should be lowered down.

I had checked in at 12:00 and hotel has charged rs 1000 for early check inn rooms were excellent. Food was excellent. Hotel staff very courteous and helpful"

The experience was below par. Property is old and isn’t maintained well, at-least the room i was in wasn’t maintained at all, i am unsure about other rooms. It was almost impossible to sleep because of persistent noise from the ac, there were no toiletries in the washroom you have to call to get dental kit, towels etc. Floors in the room were sticky.

It's in my own city.. we haven't order the food bcoz rates are so high . Services are not good at all poor services Washroom is so dirty 🤧 Even bed sheets are so washed properly.. everything is below average . I don't recommend anyone to stay their ..

Property being one of the oldest in jammu, is a bit rundown and needs renovation. Wood flooring in the room was beaten up and cockroaches were quite prominent in the common areas. Amenities in the room are quite good and the location is central jammu where every part of jammu is within reach. I checked out quite early in the morning and no staff was visible anywhere so had to just leave the room key card at the reception !
