The family suite i stayed was really excellent. Neatly maintained dual rooms. All amenities were good. I could not give 5 star only for 2 reasons: 1. I had a glitch with electricity and door lock one time each 2. I felt food was little expensive for the quality provided. Overall, very good place to stay and staffs were really accommodative.

Had a very pleasant and peaceful stay. Room service was very good and hotel staffs were very responsive and helpful. Room was very neatly maintained.

I stayed at this property from 11-14 april 2024. Chose this based on its proximity to reach navagraha temples faster, so i can avoid town traffic. My previous stay here was in 2016. From then to now, the over all experience has dropped terribly. The rooms are clean but looks worn out. The bathroom is just functional but one needs to use muscles to turn on the taps. Centralised a/c works good but doesn’t stabilise for hours. It’s too warm or too cold. Room service is best avoided, as much as the restaurant below ground level. Tea gets replaced by coffee while serving in the room, to get the right taste of coffee takes 2-3 attempts and hk forgets to keep towels or bottled water. There is no buffet b/f, rather a thali of sorts. It’s so uninviting that your tummy gets full. The sauna like feel only adds up to your frustration. Ample parking available but preference is given to taxis and not passenger cars. Front desk doesn’t wish to antagonise them, perhaps. If the owners add a bit kore focus, they can get the shine back, real fast and at lower costs. It’s up to them.

Hotel rooms was steady and was very comfortable. We booked a family suite were we 4 adults and a kid stayed comfortably. As the location of the hotel is the junction, it’s easy to go maximum temples in kumbakonam without the city traffic. The food in the hotel restaurant was tasty with reasonable price
