Check in was abrupt, the receptionist seemed more bothered about the people behind us. We had booked 3 rooms and two other family members had booked 2 other rooms. The room was clean but the bathroom needed a good scrub in 4 out of the 5 rooms. When I booked the rooms I was made to believe we could use the pool and gym but on checking in we were told it would cost £20 per person.

The room was clean and tidy, the beds comfortable. there was Condensation in the room, the window sill was wet. Breakfast was nice, the hot food is limited but still plenty of choice. Allergies were well catered for, the apple juice was awful 🤣 Staff were pleasant and helpful.
