Ac was not working at all and hotel management was not at all cooperative specially there manager we had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night

It was a comfortable stay at the hotel. Location is great just near by the bus stand. Rooms were spacious and clean!

Poor experience. Room booked with complementary dinner and breakfast however dinner buffet was not available. Very dirty bed sheet was there on bed, it was like already used bed sheet. Had to complaint for this at 10:30 in night. Hot water not there in washroom. Will never stay again in this property

The property is quite new and well connected with station and the highway. The rooms and washrooms were clean the stay was nice and comfortable. Their food is tasty. The room service can be faster which will add up to more stars

In this case either mm p or regenta place have cheated as i need to change the dates and mm p says i have send mail if hotel will allow than we can do change in dates or we will refund money. Secondly hotel said we have already send email to mm p that we don't have dates and refund the amount of one day to the customer. So not satisfied with make my 永安 customer care. Hotel is good to stay but i suggest to get the premium room.

Good location on gt road every item beautiful in room very beautiful hotel in phagwara city whose come phagwara must stay in this hotel bus stand 100mtr away railway station reached in 5 mint phagwara market reach in 5 min

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly attentive, and the room was spotless. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.
