Everything is good. Rooms are neat and clean, washroom is also good. Breakfast is excellent with rooftop view.

It's was wonderful staying and the room was very good and comfortable it was very neat and clean and the reception boy also very good in assisting

Its really very hard for me to write this & bring to notice if they are into service industry first they need to have patience first thing as soon i did the booking for my family i had a concern to talk to them n check the things i had called them twice 1st call to check about my reservation & to keep the linen towels to be clean 2nd call was to check about the beach the gentleman who claimed himself as owner helped me first & the second n as soon i disconnected the call as a courtesy i messaged through whats app & said the same about the linen n towel as soon the message delivered the gentleman called me n blasted me saying how many times i call & disturbed i said as a front office team people who should help me with m y queries instead he said i am the owner & i have 3 hotels n i know how to take care in rude way& said me directly that cancel the booking am just analyzing whether what doubt i had to call & enquire is that a mistake & the same has been raise to make my 永安 people & the answer i got from make my 永安 people saying this gentleman is very rude & he doesn't know how to talk in this case my point is we trust mm t platform & do booking but when i spoke to mmt people i thought they will take anything to bring nit-ice or somewhat but i received call from mm t saying that that gentleman is rude f in that my point is he should not be listed in mm t platform & mark it has blacklist

Everything was perfect. The staff was helpful, the accomodations were beautiful and the breakfast was superb. It couldn't have been better. Thanks martins crest

Overpriced property, very minimal breakfast, don’t expect luxury but decent hotel to stay but anything more than 2000 is too much for hotel

Property is location is amazing. Rooms are cleaned and hygiene is good. Breakfast and lunch is delicious.

Lovely place to stay, had 2 days of enjoyment. Awesome view and amenities like fridge, shower and swimming pool. Staff was well spoken and suggested us with places to grab a bite and where to roam.

It's really pathetic and worst. No facilities provided by the hotel like room sleeper, dental kit, shelving kit and in fact towels. More over he advised me to carry yourself before checking in. I book for 4 nights but due to this kind of behaviour and service i check out in just 1 day. It's a very bad experience.

Great stay, location is nice. Service is great. Clean rooms. Staff behaviour is outstanding. Timing of restaurant could be better.
