I knew the property since i had dined here a couple of years back. It was good to see that the high standards were intact. Right from the security at entrance to the reception, restaurant, and room service, it was a pleasure all through. I arrived a couple of hours early but the staff made me feel welcome and checked me in. In the restaurant, the staff is all over you, trying to cater to every need. View from the room was superb especially in the evening. I will surely be back as it is now number one option on the list for future visits.

The hotel is perfectly located at telibanda and near to magneto mall & currency tower. Airport is 15 minures away from the hotel. Hotel porch is beautiful and slight elevation to the main entrance. Hotel lobbu is grand and have good sitting space. It also has a gym / banquet/ board room and spa. Must recommend hotel in raipur

Didn’t live up its brand name. Clearly it is run by a franchise. We’re taken to a smoking room when it was obvious that as a sikh we don’t smoke. The extra bed given was very basic. Not enough toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast was average.

The rooms were clean and food was good. But most importantly hotel staff was amazing, they responded to any requests spontaneously and with a smile. Looking forward to the next stay here )
