Extremely disappointing stay. My room was not cleaned even once during my entire nine-night stay. Basic necessities such as soap, a waste bin, and even drinking water were not provided. Although the apartment had a closed kitchen, there were absolutely no kitchen utensils or equipment available, making the kitchen completely useless. The overall standard of cleanliness, comfort, facilities, and service was unacceptable. This property is advertised as a “luxury apartment,” but my experience was the exact opposite. Service quality and guest comfort were practically nonexistent. I would definitely not recommend this property.
