Very poor service and room ,flush not working,tv not working,no body response on call , terrible experience

Very bad experience. TV not working , Hotel phone was not working , only location was good .overall rating 10/2

I have never stayed in a worse hotel than this. location is good but the rooms are shitty. I was placed on 4th floor room. the flush in the washroom was not working which i complained about so they moved me to a much smaller room and even that washroom's flush was barely working. no curtain in shower, if you have to take bath whole bathroom will become wet. no window in room, very small unhygienic smelly room. won't recommend at all.

The hotel service was very bad and not upto the mark. They didn’t have hot water and i have to take shower in cold water. The room was not clean, there was very bad smell, dust all around, taps were not working in bathroom, there was no toiletries included.The behaviour of the staff was also bad Only good thing was the food in the hotel And else everything was garbage

It was the worst experience to stay in amar yatri niwas. I was about to report it in local police station. Following issues i faced- 1- i was staying in room 403 on day 1 in which flush was not available, door lock was not available. When i asked for these two facilities the hotel staff in night shift replied me to use bucket for flush and for door lock hotel management will open and close in need. I also asked him for double bed as it was mentioned king bed during booking but hotel has provided twin bed. Somehow i managed day 1 and requested hotel management to change room. 2- on day 2 room changed from 403 to 401 it was better than previous. 3- during check out hotel staff denied to provide bill and asked me to take bill from make my 永安. Again i asked hotel to provide any stay certificate because i was on official tour and my company do not accept make my 永安 bill as proof of stay at hotel. Hotel staff start shouting on me and told me that he will kike out me and thorw out my luggage, i had decided to go to police station but my driver managed it. Since you asked me to review. It was the full story. The staff who miss behaved was in night shift duty that day.

Made a booking for two adults and a child, we reached at 11 in the night and the room allocated had two single beds in a cramped room. The bathroom had no hot water. Moved out of this dingy place the next morning

Bed quality and washroom amenities are not good. Less space. Flushing not working proper in washroom

Not a very good property, rooms are dirty and bathrooms are with leaking taps
