種植園酒店 (Plantage hotel)

The Plantage Hotel is an ideal place for friends or family travelling together, located in the heart of Amsterdam and just a short walk from the city centre. The surrounding area has plenty of great places to eat and enjoy a drink. I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable, and were quick to assist with any requests or issues during our visit.

Bathroom smelt bad, location is great

!!!BEDBUG INFESTATION!!! We initially booked this hotel a few months ago because it was cheap. A little basic but in a good location and was cheaper On the day of arrival, we looked at the reviews and seen so many different people in recent weeks complain that there was a bed bug infestation. (This happened after we made the booking) Not wanting to risk contracting bed bugs, we contacted the hotel for an explanation but did not receive any response. Since we did not receive a response from the hotel, we submitted a cancellation request which of course they were able to reject the request which meant they were seeing our messages and just choosing not to reply. They did not care to help or even speak to us as they already had our money. We were left with finding another hotel at short notice that did not have a bedbugs infestation which came at a significant cost to us. Unfortunately 永安 were not able to help either, as they said that they could only help if we were to show up to the hotel and take pictures of the bed bugs ourselves. Avoid this hotel at all costs!!! They are advertised as "an all digital hotel" which really means that no one is responsible, it's impossible to speak to them, and all they care about is your money, and of course the place is INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS I am also disappointed in 永安 and can no longer recommend using them, as they are advertising a property with a known bedbug infestation that has been reported by so many people and choose to leave it up. This is a health and safety biohazard and should be taken seriously and affected customers reimbursed

La chambre était infesté de punaise de lit, dès notre arrivée nous l’avons quitte aussitôt, on a paye tellement cher pour se retrouver avec une chambre de punaise de lit, on a demandé un remboursement et pas de réponse. A fuir absolument. Pour les escaliers un vrai labyrinthe.

It was a very small room.. but did the job .. clean with private bathroom that’s the most important .. thanks

Ett bra hotell med bra läge. Lätt att ta sig till alla möjliga platser man vill utforska. Väldigt smidigt trots att det inte finns någon personlig reception på hotellet så är det väldigt enkelt att komma i kontakt personal både via hotellet och WhatsApp.

Alors c’est un self checkin du coup si vous avez des problèmes vous êtes cuits.. notre chambre sentait les égouts à cause de la salle de bain et la seule réponse qu’on a eu c’est « impossible pour le moment, nous vous en recontacterons demain » et depuis plus aucun signe de vie. Je vous déconseiller cet hôtel.
