Otel güzel ve temiz biraz denize uzak

Месторасположение отличное, на байке до кафешек не далеко. Бассейн в отеле ухоженный, купаться можно 👍 номер в целом тоже понравился , можно жить. Но немного сыро. А так за отель твердая 4.

super le personnel, la chambre, la piscine, le couché de soleil sur le toit parfait.. et surtout rien a avoir avec le Cove Renata Seminiak qui est horrible..

We arrived at the hotel quite late in the evening, around 8pm, and were surprised to find there was no one at the door or reception to greet us. Unfortunately, our first impression was not great — the hotel looked quite different from the photos online, and we immediately felt like we had been somewhat misled. Upon entering our room, we noticed it wasn’t as clean as expected. There were visible stains on the walls, floor, and bedding, which made us uncomfortable. The bathroom had a persistent damp and drain-like smell throughout our stay, which didn’t improve even with ventilation. We brought our concerns to reception the next morning, and to their credit, the staff were very kind and responsive. Someone did come to clean the room, and we appreciated the effort. However, despite their help, we still didn’t feel the room was truly clean, and ended up purchasing our own cleaning supplies to feel more at ease. Fresh towels and bedding weren’t provided by default and had to be requested — and even then, they weren’t always available, which was a bit inconvenient. Another major issue was the presence of bugs in the room. While we understand this can be expected in parts of Southeast Asia, the number was excessive. We suspect this was due to the poor sealing on the sliding doors, which couldn’t be fully shut from either inside or out, allowing insects easy access. On a more positive note, the location is quite good — only about a 10-minute bike-ride to the beach and main tourist areas. And again, we have to emphasize that the staff were genuinely lovely and did their best to help whenever we needed assistance. All things considered, while the price is affordable and the location convenient, the cleanliness and maintenance issues were hard to overlook. Personally, we wouldn’t stay here again, but for budget travelers who are more flexible and can look past these factors, it might still be a viable option.

Room was spacious enough. Had trouble with the aircon as it was stuck to 25° only. But manage to figure it out. Toilet had like a damp smelly which would stink up the room if u didnt close the toilet door. Location is perfect just right by canggu’s busy areas. Still manage to get by anywhere with this location

В целом неплохой отель но расположение неудобное поблизости нет ни магазино ни нормального ресторана , рядом как выходишь справа есть кафе недорогое но абсолютно невкусное , до всего нужно добираться на транспорте Номер лучше брать сразу люкс так как обычный еще меньше и ванная очень маленькая даже двое человек не поместятся и прямо можно сказать под душем стоит унитаз маленькая раковина сбоку откуда еле еле течет вода. Приехали в 11 часов заселили строго в 14 ч заставили сидеть на жаре хотя свободные номера уже убранные были

I do love the hospitality given.

I like the location of this accommodation as it is located in a quiet area of Canggu. Motorbike to the beach takes about 5-10 mins and costs approx 12000idr. The room is clean and the bed is large and comfortable. The toilet has insects. The place is peaceful and conducive for a good night rest. The place seems new and very aesthetically pleasing.

The place is nice,surrounding and all ,however the bathroom made me to stay just one day ,the pebbles are dirty,imagine how many people took shower there and the dirty water get stuck there,there bacteria ants everywhere in the bathroom,so disgusting I didn’t even take shower the next day.
