Reject into hotel and on arrival was informed that there would be no smoking no alcohol consumption and no outside food permitted in the rooms or on the grounds of the hotel. We had to sign a declaration to say that we would follow these rules. Swimming in the pool was from 8 am to 7 pm. Alfred did not work our drinks stayed hot even when turned out to full capacity. The air-conditioner was only blowing cool air and was on 16°. And when we went to shower in the bathroom, it was full of ants. We booked for three nights stay and only stayed for one night informing management that we weren’t happy with our room and was told we would not get a refund on other two days we left after one night and found other accommodation. We were very unhappy and will never stay there again.

El hotel es muy lindo, el personal es muy servicial y la comida del restaurante a la carta es muy rica. El desayuno, tienen casi todo comida Hindú y fruta. Pero continental no es. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas, pero los colchones son muy viejos y se aplastan a penas de sientas en la cama. A nosotros nos cambiaron de habitación y el otro estaba mejor, pero no es adecuado para un hotel 5 estrellas.. por el resto muy bien

Normally, I do not write negative reviews, because I prefer not to harm a business. If a hotel is not good, I usually just refrain from commenting. However, in this case, I feel it is important to share my experience. The facilities are unfortunately in very poor condition. The swimming pool was green and clearly not maintained for years. The rooms had a strong chemical smell, which seemed to be covering mold. The furniture and interiors are very old and worn out. This hotel might once have been a good place, but it has not been maintained properly for a long time. What really made me decide to leave this review was an unpleasant interaction with the receptionist. She entered my room without invitation and repeatedly insisted that I leave a Google review. Even after I politely declined, she continued pressuring me, saying it was her job and that she could lose it if I didn’t help. At one point she tried to take my phone under the pretext of helping me, but I realized she was attempting to post a review from my account. This was completely inappropriate and unprofessional, and it made me feel very uncomfortable. For these reasons, I cannot recommend this hotel.

เราจอง twin beds เพราะนอนกับเพื่อน 2 คน คนละเตียง ห้องกว้างมาก กว้างจนเราตีลังกาได้ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน ห้องน้ำเก่าไปนิด ให้ฟรีสไตล์บาหลีอย่างแท้จริง วันที่เราพัก ฝนตกหนัก ทำให้น้ำในห้องน้ำเอ่อนอง ระบายช้า พนักงาน บริการดี service mind ช่วยยกกระเป๋าด้วย พนง.ต้อนรับสุภาพ สอบถามร้านอาหาร ยินดีช่วยเหลือมากๆ สระว่ายน้ำสวย อบอุ่น ชิลๆ ถ้าคุณรีวิวใน Google ให้ โรงแรมมีบริการนวดฟรี 15 นามีให้ เราลองทำดู อยากรู้เป็นยังไง พนง.นวดดี สบายเท้ามาก ไลน์อาหารเช้า น้อยมากๆ เป็นอาหารพื้นบ้านธรรมดา ตอนเราไปทาน ยังไม่หมดเวลาอาหารเช้า แต่พนง.ชาย 1-2 คน เข้ามาตักอาหารใส่ถ้วยตัวเองไปแยกไว้ เรารู้สึกว่าไม่สุภาพ และ ดูไม่ดี ทั้งที่ลูกค้ายังทานอยู่ ไม่ให้เกียรติลูกค้า ควรจะให้ลูกค้าทานเสร็จก่อน ค่อยตัดแบ่งไปทาน ถ้าอยากจะทาน ทำให้ภาพลักษณ์โรงแรมดูแย่

Очень просторные номера , чистые и аккуратные , ухоженная территория , большой бассейн) Завтраки сытные , выбор не большой - но голодными не останетесь) Местоположение - джунгли, очень атмосферно, до центра на такси , с ними не каких проблем )

とても素敵な部屋で満足でした。口コミで、朝食は別のところから運ばれてくると事前に確認していたので不満はなく、ホテルのお庭で朝食をとれて、逆に満足度が高まりました。ただ、16時半にチェックインしたのに部屋が準備されておらず30分待ちとなったことが殘念だったのと、ホテルスタッフが我々の集合寫真を使徒不明で撮影したり、Google map上で評価を強制したりして、不快でした。（評価した結果畫面を、ホテルスタッフが寫真をとって記録を殘していました。）スタッフの責任ではなく、ホテルの運営の問題だと思います。そして、部屋のシャワーが3-４人目くらいには温水が出なくなるので気をつけてください。
