勒吉安澤斯特酒店 (Palette Legian Beach)

The hotel is compact but clean. The staff are friendly and try their best to accommodate my request. The bar near the hotel is a bit noisy, but there are free earplugs provided by the hotel.

Checking out Sunday 24th Sep, I foolishly left a high quality Nike t-shirt and sports baseball cap in the room that I was planning on transferring to another bag. Upon checking out the room was checked and confirmed ok. When I reported the missing items that were left behind a few days later, I'm told the items were never reported and never put into lost property. And therefore were never there. This is purely my fault to leave them behind, but thier disappearance is blatant theft. Management unfortunately only provide lips service of addressing the stolen items. However this is not the first time this has happened to me at the Zest Hotel Legian, as I experienced the same weak excuses, and follow up nearly a year previously view when I had to leave suddenly after a motorcycle accident, where an item left behind was never found to be anywhere with exactly the same routine. Inferring the customer is lying, when I have nothing to gain except getting my property back is extremely disappointing. The people with access are known, the electronic key locks are logged, the security cameras available, but management are complicit in what is happening. Please heed my experience.

Location 👍 Service 👍 Cleanliness 👍 Waiter/Bartender service need to evaluate. No smile, no greeting Guest have to pick up the menu and call them to taking order.

Вполне чисто, в номере есть все необходимое, кроме чайника, горячая вода для чая в лобби, симпатичный бассейн на крыше, он и заманил😁 рядом пляж Смущало только сильно слышимость из баров рядом, я читала об этом, но не знала, что будет настолько сильно, до 12 ночи в номере можно танцевать 😅

Хороший и чистый отель для остановки на несколько ночей. Минус- напротив очень шумный открытый бар, где поют трансы очень громко весь вечер😅

Sangat bersih dan sesuai budget... sangat direkomendasikan untuk menginap. Makanan juga enak

衹是過渡半天訂的酒店，這個價格對應的設施和服務都過得去，總體能接受。

발리에 밤늦게 도착하는 일정이라 잠만 잘 숙소로 이 호텔을 선택했습니다. 2성급 호텔이라 전혀 기대하지 않았는데, 외관 및 내부도 깨끗하고 조식이 포함된 가격으로 보았을 때 가성비는 최고인듯 싶습니다. 저렴한 가격에 조식까지 포함되어 있어서, 조식은 정말 아무 기대 없었는데 조식의 퀄리티도 아주 좋았습니다. 주변의 다른 식당에서 먹은 조식보다 이 곳이 더 좋았습니다. 직원들도 아주 친절하고 항상 웃는 얼굴로 고객들을 대하는 모습도 아주 좋았습니다. 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙소였습니다.

Everything is good, except the amenities. For price that I paid, not worth it. And the bed is very soft. So, I only stay 1 night.
