我預訂了五晚轉角房，L型玻璃的。checkin時，前台故意給我一間普通平價的單面玻璃房間，然後我去reception詢問，才給回我轉角房！我認為他們是刻意的，非常差！然後House keeping清理房間時，盜取了我放在房間的交通卡，我向前台追問，翌日，House keeping上班後把交通卡交回給我，說sorry ！我已經非常憤怒！第二天我叫他們清理房間，回到房間後，我的行李箱被這酒店的員工刻意破壞行李箱的兩個前輪！建議大家不要預訂此酒店！從來沒有試過這麼差的住宿體驗！關於衞生，房間的床上和牆身很多飛蛾，和蟲*！好嘔心！ I booked a corner room with L-shaped glass windows for five nights. At check-in, the front desk deliberately assigned me a standard, budget room with single-pane glass. I had to go to the reception to inquire before they finally gave me the corner room I originally reserved! I believe they did this intentionally—it was terrible! Additionally, during housekeeping, the staff stole my transportation card that I had left in the room. I confronted the front desk, and the next day, after the housekeeping staff started their shift, they returned the card to me and said sorry! I was already extremely angry! The next day, I asked them to clean the room, but when I returned, I found that the hotel staff had intentionally damaged the two front wheels of my luggage! I advise everyone not to book this hotel! I have never had such a terrible accommodation experience in my life! As for cleanliness, there were many moths and insect eggs on the bed and walls—it was disgusting!

位子很好，但是隔音爛透了，隔壁人關門你都聽得一清二楚，而且還聽得到底下汽機車經過的聲音，一點都不安靜。 有些房間裡面沒有吹風機，而且房間真的很小。 睡一晚一千多的話，我覺得不會考慮第二次。

Мне было очень комфортно в отеле. Хотела номер именно с боковым остеклением, очень необычно. Сначала дали номер не той категории, не знаю случайно или специально. Комната маленькая, но я люблю такие, мне уютно. Персонал очень приятный и вежливый. Возле ресепшн можно бесплатно взять кофе. Метро недалеко. Отель находится на улице с несколькими увеселительными заведениями с девушками.

房間類似香港一樣的小 鄰街很吵 但前台服務不錯

水回りのカビが目立ったり、上の階や隣の階の生活音が聞こえることについては予想していたのでそこまで気にしませんでしたが…。 夜中にドリルで穴を開けるような工事するような音が聞こえたり、枕にリップがついていたり、突然電源が落ちたりしたことに驚きました。 受付やドアマンの方は親切でしたが、もう泊まりたくないホテルに認定です。

Good hotel. The location is good and the staff are both friendly and professional. The rooms aren’t very big but it’s a good value for money place to stay 😊

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. I had arrived early in the morning due to my flight and wasn’t able to check in early due to being fully booked, but the lovely lady at the front named Pie looked after me and still welcomed me in to wait in the lobby, when I was checked in the atmosphere was welcoming and the place was spotless and the location couldn’t have been better—central to everything I needed and easy to get around. What really made my stay memorable, however, was Pie! The same staff member who helped me at check-in, Pie went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of from the start. She was warm, attentive, and made the check-in process smooth and effortless. It’s clear that she truly cares about the guests’ experiences, and her kindness really set the tone for my entire stay. I highly recommend this hotel not just for its cleanliness and great location, but also for the outstanding customer service. Thanks to Pie, my time here was made even more enjoyable.

I liked location of this hotel . Close to metro and biggest shopping mall Emporium, Ikea . You enjoy a lot of shops and fresheners here. Room are clean and tidy but little small . People are very kind . Will come again .

*WORST HOTEL IN BANGKOK EVER* *AVOID AT ALL COSTS* I have been to Bangkok countless times. This year alone, this was my fourth 永安 to Bangkok, and this hotel was undoubtedly one of the worst. First, the hotel photos were deceiving. I thought I was in Hong Kong the moment I stepped into the hotel room. It was so incredibly small. The hotel was located next to a road, so not only was the noise from the road disturbing, but there was also absolutely no soundproofing in this hotel. You could basically hear the next room flushing the toilet, showering, left alone other activities. You know if you know. Furthermore, the hotel is located in a red-light area! The entire stretch! As a solo female traveler, I did not feel safe at all. To make things worse, the receptionist, besides Clary, all looked like you owed them a million dollars. They never even said hello. I stayed in many other cheap hotels before, but they are far better than this hotel . Please look for another hotel.
