Window view is pictured ( behind the bathroom mirror) rooms are tiny and over priced for location not central. They use miror tricks to make them look larger. They say smoking area but no smoking area.
No sound proofing of walls and sounded like we were in the middle of an adult film set. When I asked for a refund they blatantly refused. To 永安s credit they helped us out with credit so we could move. I don't recommend this place at all. *1
Love this place. Staff are good, free water and coffee daily delivered to door, Maids are good. I come here for business only two days but have stayed 2 weeks. Too clean and convenient to leave. MRT 5 min walk or catch the bus just outside the hotel. I pay more on transport for meetings but the cleanliness and atmosphere of this hotel is worth is worth it.
