古爾馬爾格宮殿 (The Gulmarg Palace)

Rooms & Bathrooms are very clean. Heating system was extraordinary with inbuilt heater in bed.Food was delicious. But Shower water was very bad. All over our stay was nice only.

I am writing the sincere review for this property, property was very beautiful its in between the apple gardens, the mountain view was amazing in the morning, i was accompanied by kids, they also have kids playing area like badminton indoor games chess, they can also make arrangement for bonfire, food was amazing, they also upgraded our room for free. Highly recommended. Ok

Gulmarg palace is the best place for stay in gulmarg. Staffs are very co operative and awesome. Rooms are very good. Every room has bed warmer. Food was awesome. Inspite of eid holiday they had arranged very good dinner for us. Nice to visit

I had stayed for two days and one night in this "hotel", actually it cannot be said as hotel, it's an homestay. Some of the facilities written above is fake and useless. For example, the kitchen : it is of no use for the people living there, it is just there to make the list longer. And the second thing is kettle facilities: many hotels give us complementaries like milk powders, coffee packets and kettle. You will not find any of these there. My experience was ruined when I got to know that early morning the owner used to cut off the intercom facilities and managed the switching on and off of lights and gyser, and when we questioned them they simply denied and made excuses. Servicing was not nice at all and to the people who will be going to that "hotel" , please rethink your choices. thank you

Avg stay, old property, only 2 choices in breakfast and that too not good. The owner is supportive but the property is homestay and old.

Cosy stay with beautiful location. Comfortable rooms with heated beds and hot water 24 hours. Worth spending peny

Simple word dont satya with any other hotel if u r in gulmarg, service outstanding food outstanding staff outstanding 10 out of 10 special thanks to muneer & abide
