The room was cozy, clean, and offered a great view of the mountains. The hotel also has a pool table for guests to enjoy, which was a nice bonus. The staff were very friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience!

The hotel was perfect—everything from the food to the rooms was excellent. The overall experience was great, and I truly appreciated the hospitality. However, there was an issue with the attitude of certain employees. For instance, when I asked for WiFi codes, they were given in a random manner. Upon seeking clarification at the reception, one of the staff members responded rudely, saying, "I guess you guys have a deaf ear." This was unexpected and unprofessional. Other than this, the stay was wonderful. A little improvement in staff behavior would make this place absolutely perfect.
