Outstanding customer service and the ambience, the staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful specially shakier bhai, a very helpful person, the room were spacious clean and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and hd great variety of options, with upma, poha, bread butter, bread jam, please visit here, as it is a paisa vasool hotel

What a beautiful stay and hospitality. Loved every moment of this stay. Try and book a place kunzer gulmarg. This place looks better than many places which are congested. Walk a little further, about 200 it's from the hotel and you will come near a river view park and main market. One can trek there and come down by a walk. During winters, experienced skiers ski e up this serene location. We were lucky to spot a great area. Thanks hotel management

Gulsitara group of hotels is a brand with all the amenities available. Be it hot water, be it spacious rooms, be it clean washrooms cooling or heating in winters. Must stay place in the middle of apple garden with amazing mountain views.

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. A variety of food was offered at breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for a walk around the city centre. , center heating and hot water always comfortable one of the best budget hotel in gulmarg

Thanks staff and gulmarg gs residency. This is the hotel to stay at. I have stayed all over gulmarg and this is a gem at beautiful gateway town kunzer. I can this a s milling hotel. I never stopped smiling from the time i arrived until i left staff and sportlassl and great location. Espcially is the brilliant amir in person. He is very sensitive. I have no words, delicious food and hot watrer was available. Great thanks mr shakier bahi and rayees.

I love gulmarg residency hotel. It was good to stay here in welcome hotel gulmarg. Service extraordinary, behaviour of staff was so friendly and compassionate we all recommend welcome hotel stay. Apple garden view room service extraordinary, warm rooms and nice view, each and everything was nice.

Gulmarg gs residency exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering breathtaking views of the mountains. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. I had an opportunity to stay at welcome hotel gulmarg residency gs. Overall the experience was superb unfortunately due to long travel, one of my family members needed doctor assistantance however. The staff was spot on and arranged for a doctor with in minutes even at midnight. Iam thankful to all the staff for all the help and making our staff comfortable. I would absolutely recommend the property for anyone looking out for max relaxed stay at welcome hotel gulmarg. Specially. Thanks mr shakier and johnny bahia
