伯克利薩瑟，貝斯特韋斯特SureStay酒店 (Sather Berkeley, SureStay Collection by BW)

家庭親子入住體驗很棒，房間配備微波爐和冰箱非常實用，衞生乾淨整潔，環境安靜，服務熱情，設施齊全，位置出行便利，整體超預期，下次來伯克利還會選擇這家酒店。

汽車旅館，停車方便！

在UC Berkeley旁邊，步行至西門僅幾分鐘距離，trader Joe’s就在酒店對面，買日用品很方便

唯一的優勢就是位置方便，步行的伯克利5分鐘。停車還是免費，其他衞生，服務包括配套，我覺得沒什麼點評的，美國現在消費價格極高，這個價位也衹能住到類似的酒店，享受談不上，能有地方睡個覺吧

與洛杉磯比，性價肯定差了不少，但在伯克利市中心算不錯了，斜對面就是trader Joe's，預算有限的情況下，可能是去伯克利大學的首選吧

服務態度差 設施差 衞生間有異味 床單上有別人的頭髮 避雷 這種酒店誰住誰怨種。

前台很nice，房間乾淨衞生，設施齊備，離市中心地鐵站10分鐘路程

汽車旅館來的，停車很方便，設備比較簡單，衞生不過得去。兩層樓，二樓沒有電梯的，帶重行旅住二樓要能搬才行。離佰克利市中心和大學很近，可以走路過去學園散步！

Unkind service, irresponsible response, avoiding mistakes. We rented a room and stayed overnight. However, there was a problem with the water tank in the toilet, so we had to refill the water tank ourselves with a bucket to flush it everytime. It was very embarrassing and confusing, but the desk staff told us there was nothing they could do about it because it was night, and to contact their manager in the morning. We waited and had to check out with the inconvenience until the end. However, the staff in the morning also told us that there was nothing they could do about it because we had made a reservation at the agency service and told us to contact the agency service. They didn't care about our inconvenience, were rude and irresponsible, and never saw a smile. We contacted the agency service and connected with the hotel, but the response came back that the hotel had never received such feedback from us. We complained twice! We were not compensated properly and the small amount of points the agency service gave us were all we received. They are rude, unkind, and do not see any wrongdoing. It was the worst hotel we have ever experienced in our lives. Do not come here. That should be better to sleep the little bench in front of this hotel.

美國常見的汽車旅館的感覺，木質房，隔音差。就在大路邊上。本來定了四天，第一天入住後發現床單上有污漬，實在受不了聯繫永安取消了後面三天。 早餐就是到前台的辦公室搞一點東西回房間吃。 前台的小哥人還不錯，我10點就到達了，他給我做了提前入住。後來收到投訴他很不爽，可能覺得對我已經夠好了。不怪他，是酒店的衞生和安全狀態我真的受不了， 唯一好處是位置好，走路到伯克利大學不用10分鐘，附近就有超市。 如果價格低於100美金可以考慮，接近200美金的價格這個條件性價比太低了。
