照片與我訂購的宣傳照片不同，過於簡單。且設備缺少，沒有電風扇、熱水器、冰箱等等設備，床太軟了睡起來腰痠背痛。而且飯店外觀看起來很不像飯店，附近也有奇怪的味道。

Great location on walking distance from Uber Arena, East Side Mall and Gallery, The Wall Museum and Train station. Plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. Hotel room appear as recently renovated. Clean room and bathroom with complimentary toiletries. Bed was very comfortable. Disadvantages: No elevator in the building. My room was on the 4th floor

The water in the shower did not flow. Try to avoid self check in after 6pm. For the Comfort single room, no coffee or tea provided. Shower gel is the only toiletry provided. Layout of the room could have been better designed, TV was placed too high up on the wall.

Perfecto si vienes para un concierto. Esta a unos 10/15 minutos andando. Tienes el tranvia justo delante y a 5 minutos o menos el tren.

The front desk service started very late (10am) and the doors were literally locked so you couldn't help for anything you needed before that, i.e, towels, leaving luggage, etc. Also the pillows in the room were genuinely awful, old and lumpy and gave my friend a horrible neckache. Also important to note that this hotel has NO ELEVATOR and you dont get to choose which floor your room is on, so we got assigned a 4th floor room which was an unpleasant surprise. The room was not cleaned during our 2 night stay and we had to ask for new towels and then bring them up to the room ourselves.

Nice location and good service. The reception is off after 8pm so gotta be aware of that. The room was not bad but the bed sheet was not clean. There was some black dust on the bed sheet. Reasonable price! The picture is the tube station that the hotel is near to.
