LETOH LETOH畢爾巴鄂 (Letoh Letoh Bilbao)

I absolutely loved my stay at Letoh Letoh. The front desk was extremely helpful, and I slept wonderfully on the bed which was incredibly comfortable, and clean. Housekeeping came daily, the shower was clean and the pressure was good. I looked forward to being in the hotel at night. The location was great, there is a cafe / bar right below where I was staying (all rooms are different) that was a bit noisy bit it stopped every night by 10:30 or 11pm. The balcony was a great addition and you the aircon was great. I honestly feel like this hotel improved the quality of my 永安.

If you have ever wanted to use the toilet while maintaining direct, uninterrupted eye contact with your travel companion, Letoh Letoh Bilbao is the hotel for you. It easily wins the grand prize for the most absurd room design ever conceived: the toilet and shower are trapped inside a glass box on the side of the room. It affords absolutely zero privacy, making it a spectacular choice for anyone looking to destroy all romance or mystery in their relationship. Beyond the exhibitionist bathroom layout, the amenities are aggressively basic. Do you enjoy a morning coffee or tea in bed? Too bad. There are no hot beverage facilities in the room. When I ventured down to the lobby to request hot water, the male receptionist grudgingly boiled some for me, making it very clear that my desire for warm hydration was ruining his day. While the female colleague who checked me in was lovely and welcoming, I had the terrible luck of dealing with this human dark cloud for the rest of my stay. Every single question felt like a personal insult to his time. The cheap, budget-airline vibe of the room extends to the lobby café, which serves everything on disposable paper plates and cups. They also don't bother to cover their pastries, meaning the cakes are dried out and by the afternoon. The location of the hotel is actually quite good, but unless you are traveling entirely alone and enjoy being glared at by hotel staff, a good location is simply not enough. Skip this one.

Отличный отель, настоятельно рекомендую! Расположение 10/10, прямо в самом центре Casco Viejo. Отель расположен на оживленной улице, на первом этаже коворкинг зона и кофейня. Были некоторые опасения насчет шума, но меня поселили на четвертый этаж, где было тихо и спокойно 😌

新開的酒店，設施比較新，周邊臨街，性價比高

服務：前台熱情接待，提前到了酒店，加了5歐升級了好點的房馬上入住 環境：在舊城步行街裏，樓下很多商店，應有盡有 衞生：挺好的 設施：齊全，配備了水
