Charles Hope公寓伯明翰西區 (Charles Hope Birmingham Westside)

We booked 2 apartments for 2 nights and they were relatively modern, spacious and well-equipped. Instructions made it clear there would be no hotel staff onsite but it still took 15 minutes of waiting for the property concierge to hand us the keys as he was busy with an ongoing event. Parking was not assigned although I had indicated 2 lots required when booking on 永安, but this was eventually resolved after calling the hotel and paying online. One apartment had only 3 dining chairs for 4 guests, and the TV remote was not working. A comfortable stay overall but the standard of service prevents me from rating it 5/5

環境還可以的，然後離車站還算比較近吧，打車大概八九磅的樣子，然後他是一個辦公室區，然後是一個小區，但是他那個特別深要走好遠才能到那個房間裏去。

I stayed at this apartment recently, and while it had a beautiful interior and a fantastic location, I did run into some cleanliness issues. The microwave had old moldy food in it, and the washing sponges had hair on them. Additionally, I couldn’t find any basic supplies like salt, pepper, or even water. They did send a cleaner after me saying there was no point as I was leaving the next more also . But still sent her anyways I walked out to her in my apartment , I assume she didn’t think I was in but yeah . There’s also no way to lock the front door from the inside so that you feel safer , which I do think is a bit scary at night time but no one can’t come in without a key fob just would have been nice for a bit of clarity . Communication was a bit slow, and there was some confusion about having guests; I only found out after paying an deposit andasking that guests weren’t allowed. Overall, I think if they addressed the cleanliness and clarified guest policies up front, it could be a really great stay.

酒店位置很好，入住方便，一出酒店樓下便有餐廳及便利商店，購物方便，室內環境寬敞，一應俱全孩子很喜歡，

酒店設施非常足夠。裏面已經有曬所有廚具微波爐焗爐洗碗機洗衣機。 仲有晾衫架風筒。 要你想要嘅嘢佢都有。 所以一家人喺度住都完全冇問題，空間感都充足。但係有一樣嘢就係如果你需要佢哋客戶服務部，可以講話都係靠自己比較快啲，佢將你問題一個人pass比一個人，搞咗成兩個鐘都幫唔到你，我諗要融入英國生活就要接受🥲。

The rooms are spacious and clean, very comfortable and pleasant stay. There is Morrison nearby within 3 minute walk. Train station is just 6-7 minutes away.

The apartment is so clean and I left it clean as well go and experience the apartment for your self ❤️ I will not like to spoil others business

Luxury apartment in a nice and quiet area but close to the city centre and shops. The only advice is to try and get some wooden utensils, salt, oil and spices for those who want to cook something small

房間非常棒，設施很齊全，有廚房有洗衣和烘乾，但周邊環境移民很多
