The services from the staff was lovely, they could not do enough to help and make things comfortable. The bathroom was out dated, no bath non-slip map for the shower which I preferred because it just did not look welcoming to have a bath plus it was very hot that day. I would recommend and still go back but would ask for another room of the bathroom is like this.

Generally a nice hotel. Staff are helpful and pleasant. Breakfast selection was pretty good. Went for food on Friday evening but the restaurant was closed. It was around 7.30 so I thought it was strange. Not sure why guests( I assume they were guests);are allowed to play football against the building, but that was something I had to put up with every evening I was in my room. Only other small gripe was my room wasn't cleaned one of the days I stayed.

Very bad customer service and not clean the room unfortunately unexpected this type room please dnt go anyone this hotel i am not recommend very very bad attitude for the reception girl

Because my flight was late setting off from Dubai by one and a half hours. I missed by connecting flight from Istanbul and had a get a flight the day after. When I arrived in Birmingham the next day and went to the hotel they said my both days have been cancelled and I had to rebook again which cost me another £120. They told me to take it up with 永安. Which was very disappointing.

Has its own secured parking which is a bonus… and it’s free. Cheap and cheerful hotel.

I go here every year for september and January for an avon conference. Basic but clean and tidy. Has a bar and food is nice. Not always got shower and shampoo and conditioner in rooms. But just ask.

房間比較乾淨，都挺好的，比較安靜，有餐廳，餐廳的早餐也價格合適，推薦大家入住。房間的吊頂也不錯垃圾桶也有塑料袋
