酒店環境乾淨整潔，位置出行很方便，前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住很快。房間採光好，床品柔軟舒適，洗漱用品齊全，衞生做得很到位。早餐種類豐富味道也好，整體性價比很高，入住體驗非常滿意，值得推薦！

房間很大 樓下有便利店 不遠的地方有個超市 買了咖啡 街區附近安全性7/10 寄存行李衹到每日5點還是6點，不能超過這個時間，不太方便。而且在另外一層寄存。 whatsup感覺是AI自動回覆

Great place to stay. But they had some issues with check in. They didn’t have my reservation but eventually I got placed in a room after some back and forth. WIFI password should be placed in the rooms. I didn’t ask for the password because I didn’t want to bother the staff with more work. The staff were really nice. Hope those issues can be rectified.

在安全的senta fe地區，公交到達方便。公寓可以做飯，雖然沒有平底煎鍋。周邊離超市、咖啡店方便。房間安靜舒適。

Staff were very helpful, and room is very nice. Don’t know if it’s the app, hotel, or the booking site but the communication is horrendous. I could not speak to anyone in regards to the passcode for the door, thankfully the security let me in as it was late at night but the AI messaging service is completely useless. Couldn’t message hotel and phone number didn’t work.

Very clean and secure accommodation. The host was quick to respond with any queries via WhatsApp which is really convenient.  Access to most parts of the city by uber and it’s relatively cheap.  Would most definitely stay again !

El lugar es excelente, la ubicación es inmejorable, la limpieza muy buena. Todo equipado (solo hacía falta un trapo en la cocina). Recomiendo mucho quedarse en este lugar. Solo creo que la comunicación con el host debe mejorar por esta app, llegué a la estancia y no me habían compartido la clave de wifi, y no contestaban el teléfono que tienen acá. Gracias a la vida me había quedado en otro lugar con ese mismo host y pude contactarles, y se solucionó, pero de no ser así creo que me hubiese tocado hacer muchas cosas para conseguir la clave. Sin embargo, ya con el número, son diligentes, resuelven todo rápido, te ayudan en lo que necesites, etc. Recomiendo mucho reservar acá! 🫶🏽💜

Without a Colombian phone number, the only way to communicate was 永安 messages, which were simply ignored. Self check-in, I waited over an hour late for the access code to the apartment door. Never got the WiFi password nor gym access info despite repeated requests. So the amenities were not, in reality, as advertised. No internet, no gym, no response to inquiries.
