梅爾高爾夫城巴辛弗洛公寓酒店 (Appart-Hôtel Mer & Golf City Bordeaux Bassins à Flot)

Please read before wasting your money on this establishment. I would absolutely not recommend this place. Dreadful service and the building itself looks in rather poor state. My room had been booked using a platform, for 1 adult and 2 children. When I told the young lady at reception, she adopted a condescending tone and told me that I could not have the room as it was for 2 adults. I was travelling on my own with my two young daughters. The reason I booked there in the first place is that dear old British Airways cancelled our flight at the last minute and I found myself having to urgently find a room on the same evening The Cure were having a concert in Bordeaux. This situation was through no fault of mine (flight cancellation + booking platform) and yet I had to make alternative arrangements on the spot. The cherry on the cake is that they refused to refund me after effectively turning me away despite the fact the room had been booked on 永安. All in all, I would recommend to anyone looking to stay around that part of Bordeaux to consider the hotel at 25 quai du Maroc only 30m from this establishment masquerading as one where the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and aware of what it's like to travel with a 5 and a 6-year old. 在把錢浪費在這家店之前，請先讀一讀這條評價。我絕對不會推薦這個地方。服務糟糕透頂，樓房本身看起來也相當破舊。 我的房間是通過訂房平台預訂的，入住人數是1位成人和2名兒童。當我在前台說明情況時，那位年輕的女服務員用一種居高臨下的語氣告訴我，我不能入住這個房間。當時我是獨自帶着兩個年幼的女兒出行。我們"親愛的"英國航空在最後一刻取消了航班，而那天晚上正好趕上The Cure樂隊在波爾多開演唱會，我只能臨時緊急找住處。 這一切都不是我的過錯（航班取消＋訂房平台的問題），可我還是不得不當場另想辦法。更"精彩"的是，他們實際上把我拒之門外之後，還拒絕退款，儘管房間明明是在永安（永安）上訂的。 總而言之，如果有人打算住在波爾多的這一帶，我建議考慮摩洛哥碼頭25號（25 quai du Maroc）的那家酒店，離這家徒有其表的"酒店"只有30米。那裏的員工非常友好、熱情，也很體諒帶着5歲和6歲孩子出行是什麼滋味.

Taches de sangs dans le lit, impossible de prendre le petit déjeuner si on anticipe pas. Nous avions pas vu qu’il fallait réservé le parking  donc là encore nous avions pas anticipé plus de place dans le parking privé de l’hôtel. Pas pratique avec deux enfants en bas âge plus les bagages de se garer dans un autre parking

Nice location, clean and well located right next to Cité du vin. Parking spots nearby are free although not always available. There is a parking garage next to it not too expensive. Hotel rooms are large and with a well equipped kitchenette. It’s A bit outdated but it has been perfect for the price and what we needed.

Bonsoir. Même si le lieu est agréable; il faut noter qu'il est très difficile de se garer, les travaux dans la rue de Gironde n'arrangent pas les choses au niveau de la circulation. Petits reproches : fortes odeurs de canalisation dans la chambre durant tout notre séjour, les tables du petit déjeuner n'étaient pas nettoyées quand nous sommes allés à notre tour dans la salle restaurant. Enfin pour clôturer ce chapitre, notre carte de chambre n'avait pas été programmée pour notre deuxième nuit. Il a fallu appeler l'astreinte et attendre l'arrivée du technicien pour débloquer la situation après 30-45 mn d'attente. Pour info et à notre arrivée le premier jour, vos collaborateurs échangeaient et s'inquiétaient sur le fait que l'Appart Hôtel avait un taux de remplissage de 40 % seulement...cela explique peut être cela. C'est dommage car je pense que vous pouvez vraiment faire bcp mieux. Bien à vous. Lydie & Stéphane.

基本滿意，空間比較大，離紅酒博物館近。

服務很差，付費的房間第一天沒去，第二天直接沒有了，沒辦法衹能湊合住。
